Ingredients of Soft Cuttlet

  1. It’s 500 g of potatoes.
  2. Prepare of Bread slices 20.
  3. It’s of Mozzarella Cheese.

Soft Cuttlet step by step

  1. Boil the potatoes in pressure Cooker.
  2. Take out the potatoes from Cooker and Mash the potatoes well.
  3. Chop(fine)some onions 2-3,tomatoes (1-2).
  4. Take a vessel to cook potato sabzi, on medium flame make a tadka by pouring in some oil(cooking oil), put chopped onions in and some salt as per taste, put in the chopped tomatoes as our onions changes colour to pale yellow then add some daily use masala to it as per taste or hotness required or we can also use green chillies. Put in the mashed potatoes in and make and stir well, as our sabzi is ready.
  5. Next we cut the borders of slices of bread & put the bread soaking in water,.
  6. Now we can put our mashed potato sabzi stuff & some cheese into the bread slices (sqeeze the water off before), make round balls of stuffing and cover it with bread slice completely, you can give any shape to it, I gave it round shape, to make cuttlet's crispy from outside we can use bread crums and grind them, put these cuttlet's into grinded crums..
  7. Now Shallow fry these Cuttlet's, have a medium flame on, have a frying pan, put some oil heat it and put the cuttlet's into the hot oil.
  8. Gently fry the cuttlet's and make them little brown and as they get fried nicely, have cuttlet's with your family and friends, kids will love these cuttlet's as they are soft and creamy inside with lot of cheese oozing out, for kids sabzi can be made less spicy and according to your liking..
